I'm a masters student writing a thesis in cultural anthropology about the relationships between players, and players and developers, in an online game. I call myself a gamer (dabbling in role-play and LARP as well as video games) and I'm particularly interested in video games and virtual worlds. I think there's a lot of potential for using the internet in ways that we probably haven't even thought about yet, and I want the chance to be involved in it!
